Chuck Fleischmann received his Bachelor degree in political science from the University of Illinois. Fleischmann earned his law degree from the University of Tennessee in Nashville. In 1987, he began his law firm, Fleischmann and Fleischmann, with his wife, Brenda, in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Fleischmann has served on the Board of the Cherokee Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America, the National Craniofacial Association, the Chattanooga Bar Association, and the Chattanooga Lawyers Pro Bono Committee. He also had his own radio show, “The Chuck Fleischmann Show”, where he provided free legal advice. Fleischmann and his wife have three sons; they live in Ooltewah, Tennessee. Chuck Fleischmann won his House seat in 2012.
