Dennis Ross was born October 18, 1959 in Lakeland, Florida. He graduated from Lakeland Senior High School. He graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management, and also graduated from Cumberland School. Formerly an associate at Holland & Knight, he later went on to work for Walt Disney World. Before being elected to Congress, he ran the firm he founded, Ross Vecchio, P.A. In 2000, Dennis had an opportunity to run for the State House of Representatives and was elected by an overwhelming majority. Dennis Ross continued to serve in the Florida House of Representatives until he was term limited in 2008. Dennis Ross and his wife have two children.
