Clinton: I am "most transparent official in modern times."
Hillary Clinton, responding to continuing concerns about State Department official email, slammed her critics recently, dismissing their concerns as not new and not weighty enough for the amount of attention they've gotten in recent press reports.
According to The Hill, Clinton said that:
“This is the same security review that has been going on since last spring. I’m happy that everybody has been cooperating and giving information because I think that will finally end this and show that only appropriate steps were taken.
“I know that the Republicans are engaging in some wishful thinking, but this is not something that people should be worried about,” she added.
While Vermont Senator Sanders has surprised many with his electoral strength and internet fundraising in this 2016 race, Clinton maintains a wide lead in Democratic delegates needed to gain the official nomination. Unlike the Republican race, where a brokered convention remains a possibility, most analysts contend Clinton will ultimately clinch a clear delegate win--unless of course, some legal wild card appears out of nowhere this year.
