Delia Ramirez is a member of the Illinois House of Representatives, representing District 4. She assumed office on January 9, 2019. Her current term ends on January 11, 2023. Ramirez is running for election to the U.S. House to represent Illinois' 3rd Congressional District. She declared candidacy for the Democratic primary scheduled on June 28, 2022.

Delia Ramirez was born and lives in Humboldt Park, Illinois. She earned a bachelor's degree in justice studies from Northeastern Illinois University. Ramirez’s career experience includes working as the executive director of Center for Changing Lives, and as the deputy director for the Community Renewal Society. She cofounded the Justice for Our Neighbors (JFON), which is a faith-driven ministry, welcoming immigrants into our churches and communities by providing free, high-quality immigration legal services, education, and advocacy.
