Phyllis Harvey-Hall is running for election to the U.S. House to represent Alabama's 2nd Congressional District. She is on the ballot in the general election on November 3, 2020. She advanced from the Democratic primary on March 3, 2020.

 

Harvey-Hall was a candidate for District 7 representative on the Montgomery Board of Education in Alabama. Harvey-Hall ran for the seat in the primary election on March 1, 2016. She was defeated by incumbent Roberta Collins (D) and challenger Arica Watkins-Smith.

 

Harvey-Hall worked for 25 years as an elementary school teacher prior to her retirement. She also operated a tutoring service.
