Devin Nunes was born on October 1, 1973 in Tulare, California. In 1995 he earned his Bachelor's degree in Agriculture Business from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. In 1996 Nunes earned his Master's degree in Agriculture from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He was a member of the College of the Sequoias Board of Trustees from 1996-2002. Devin Nunes was first elected to the United States House of Representatives in 2002.
