Teresa Leger Fernandez is running for election to the U.S. House to represent New Mexico's 3rd Congressional District. She is on the ballot in the general election on November 3, 2020. She advanced from the Democratic primary on June 2, 2020.

Teresa Fernandez received a B.A. from Yale University and a J.D. from Stanford Law School. As of her 2020 campaign, Fernandez was counsel and strategist at Leger Law & Strategy, LLC. From 2013 to 2016, Fernandez was vice-chair of the Council on Historic Preservation in the Obama administration.
