William Timmons is a member of the U.S. House, representing South Carolina's 4th Congressional District. He assumed office on January 3, 2019. His current term ends on January 3, 2023. Timmons is running for re-election to the U.S. House to represent South Carolina's 4th Congressional District. He is on the ballot in the Republican primary on June 14, 2022. Timmons is a former Republican member of the South Carolina State Senate, representing District 6 from 2017 to 2019. He served as a prosecutor for four years for South Carolina's 13th Circuit Solicitor’s office.
