About

Amy Klobuchar graduated from Yale University in 1982 with a degree in Political Science. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School in 1985. During her career she served as legal advisor to former U.S. Vice President Walter Mondale and served as the County Attorney of Hennepin County. In 2006, Senator Klobuchar became the first woman to represent the state of Minnesota in the U.S. Senate.

 

Amy Klobuchar easily won re-election in 2018; she is now running for President.
